Our People

The senior management of Liquidity International brings to the company a vast range of experience in health and beauty products, product manufacturing, network marketing and executive management. In fact, our principals have more than110 years of experience in direct sales and network marketing.

L. Scott McKnight is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors and CEO of Liquidity International. In addition to these roles, he is Chairman of the Board of Aloe Commodities International, Inc. (ACI), a leading producer of private label aloe vera products, a tropical plant proven to have numerous health and beauty applications.

Prior to founding ACI, Scott spent 19 years with the world-famous Fuller Brush Company, serving the last four years as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Using his proven sales abilities, visionary management and leadership, Scott increased the company’s annual sales from $37 million to $67 million, and brought the company from $8 million in the red to $6.5 million in the black.

Active in industry affairs, Scott has served on the Board of Directors of the Direct Selling Association of America (DSA) as well as the Medical Examiners Council. Also noteworthy is his role as the founding father of the International Aloe Science Council, (IASC) the International agency which sets standards for aloe products and processes. Scott is a past President of the IASC and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.

Diane McKnight is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Liquidity International Incorporated and has been instrumental in the development of both Liquidity International’s skin care line and in its overall vision for success. While Diane served as a licensed cosmetologist, her true passion and talents lie in helping people achieve a higher quality of life both inwardly and outwardly.

Over the past 20 years, Diane has used her talents to help companies grow. Her success begins with ACI, the company she founded with her husband, Scott. Diane has served on the Board of Directors and held the office of Senior Vice President of ACI as well as CEO and President of other companies they have developed. She is a much sought-after speaker and has lectured on success for companies throughout the U.S. and overseas.


Lloyd Carder
A member of the Board of Directors of Liquidity International, Lloyd Carder brings an extensive and varied background to his position. A retired airline captain, Lloyd has also established and operated a number of successful network marketing companies.
His keen understanding of the business world and his commitment to excellence have helped shape Liquidity International from the very beginning, and the company is the embodiment of his belief that superior products, a fair compensation plan and sound management are the keys to the company’s ongoing success. In addition to his role with Liquidity International, Carder serves on the Board of Directors of ACI.
