Remove makeup before going to bed. A cosmetic left on overnight seeps into your pores, clogs them, and congests your skin. Make sure get the makeup off your face and then wash your face to clean the skin. Use facial masks regularly and/or daily. If you don't have one on hand, make your own with a mashed banana or avocado.


Exfoliate daily. Use a delicate scrub or use a tablespoon of sugar or oatmeal to gently rub your skin.


Try and be stress free. Stress can show up on your face, no matter how well you take care of your skin. Your face reflects what's going on inside of your mind and how your body feels.


Be gentle with your face. Never pull, tug, or scrub your facial skin, especially when you clean, moisturize or apply/remove makeup on it. This will lessen the chance that you'll damage your skin and get wrinkles.


Keep your face covered when you're in the sun. Always use high factor sunscreen, put sunglasses on, and wear a hat.


Drink lots of water and eat fresh foods. Drinking lots of water helps the body and keeps it hydrated, including the skin.
